Dance2FIT is a fun, energetic, high-intensity workout. Dance2Fit uses various types of popular hip-hop music to create an aggressive but rewarding full body workout that is 60% dance moves and 40% fitness exercise moves. Come join for a calorie-blasting, judgment free workout!
Instructor is Marcie Gilchrist. She is a certified Dance2FIT instructor. She has been able to work through a plateau and lose significant weight and tone up throughout the journey. She has grown up loving music and loving dance and this program has merged her love of both with an amazing workout. Marcie looks forward to each workout and loves how one can get lost in the music and forget you are even working out.
